Return Policy
“mere cosmetics” only follow a very transparent return policy customer can return a full sized unused sealed product only ordered from our official website. You can return unused products that you have ordered from our website within 7 days from the date of delivery. To return any products you ordered from our website only you need to have the original packaging and all tags attached. Any used product cannot be returned at any circumstances. Instructions to return a products
- Products, you wish to return must be ordered from our official website.
- The product is not used or tried.
- Packaging should not be tampered in anyway.
- All tags should be attached to the products.
You need to place a return request and the pickup should be scheduled within 2-5 working days. After the pickup of product along with the original packaging box & tag our delivery executive will need the invoice of the product. We need a picture of the invoice to be share with us on dhruvshouriya23@gamil.com. The product purchased in sell cannot be return or replaced.
Refund policy
Refunds are process within 15 working days from the date “mere cosmetics” received the product that the customer has returned. In case of prepaid orders through Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, or any other online mode the amount will be refunded back to the same bank account from which the payment was done in the time of ordered. We refund money only to the bank account. The refund will be done within 5-7 working days. The shipping charges (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
Any single products from a set or a kit cannot be returned or refunded at any circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a customer wish to cancel any of his/her ordered product before the item has been shipped then he/she can contact us through email (dhruvshouriya23@gmail.com) or can cancel in the website also Refund will be made to bank account within 7-15 working days. NO CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE POST SHIPMENT of ordered product.
